Bioabout a girl I'm Allison. You can call me Ally, if you like. I'm 19 and a poor art student majoring in graphic design. I quit ballet years ago, but I'm still a ballerina at heart. I find it much harder to talk to people my own age than talking to people older than me. I'm incredibly shy, but not very quiet. I can't do the splits, but I can somehow put both legs behind my head. I'm a spiritual person, though I don't consider myself a member of any organized religion. This journal is semi-friends-only. Personal entries are locked. Icons, tutorials, and graphics are made public. I love meeting new people, and even if it's only on the internet, feel free to ask to add me. loves CSI:Miami, Criminal Minds, Gossip Girl, Law & Order: SVU I'm a HUGE Eric/Calleigh shipper, though I must admit, Jake is pretty damn good looking. I adore Adobe CS3, Prismacolor markers and colored pencils, kneaded erasers, old cars, fast cars, the color turquoise, Betsey Johnson dresses, Tostitos and anything else with salt, The Virgin Suicides, vintage dresses, t-shirts with jeans, chocolate milkshakes, and a host of other assorted things. I enjoy reading modern American plays. My favorite playwrights include Sam Shepard, Rebecca Gillman, Edward Albee, Tennessee Williams, Wendy Wasserstein, John Patrick Shanley, Suzan-Lori Parks, David Henry Hwang, Tony Kushner, and Donald Margulies. I find Marshall McLuhan's The Medium is the Massage hauntingly brilliant. |
