I'm not super-picky about who I add. Just be nice, 16+, and don't repeat everything I say in locked entries. Unless I have a specific reason to not to, I'll add you back. It would be nice if you commented first on this post before adding, just so I know you're not some creep who just adds people randomly.

Sometimes I get kind of bad at updating or reading and commenting on others' entries, but don't take it personally. It's not that I don't like you, I just get busy sometimes. If this bothers you a lot, feel free to remove me, I'll understand. Or just don't bother adding me at all. It's all good.

Oh, and before I forget, this is a oneshot. I thought about making it into a multi-chapter series, but I really can't. So I might follow up with a sequel eventually, but my non-internet life is too busy right now to do any such thing.

With college starting and homework piling up, I haven't had a chance to update my first foray into fanfic writing. But the other day, I got some time in between classes to write out the third of five chapters in my E/C ship story, and I posted it on FF.net earlier today. So, without further ado, here's Chapter 3! I think hiphugger shippers will really, REALLY like it. =)

I broke down and was tempted by a few of the prompts over at hiphuggerfics, so out came this story. It's still in progress, but I plan to keep up with it. Please go easy on me, as this is my first attempt at writing fanfiction. I haven't written any type of fiction in forever, but it felt good to try it out again. So I decided to try something new with icon making- using textures and brushes. I've got quite a large brush library, but I never got around to trying them out, and I figured it was time to make use of them and some of the gorgeous textures I see posted at icon_textures. I'm actually somewhat satisfied with the results, but if I'm delusional and they really look like crap, don't be afraid to tell me.

I would've made some of this week's repeat "Kill Switch" but I kind of had 19 from "Chain Reaction" and 2 from "Permanent Vacation" to unload first. I turn 18 in 11 days. FINALLY. I'm so excited. Of course, it won't make that much of a difference. I don't smoke, so I don't care about being able to by cigarettes. Lottery tickets...like I'd actually win anything...ah well. I suppose it'll just be nice to say I'm 18 instead of 17. When a friend of mine turns 18 in a month, we plan on going clubbing together. I have no doubt that they'll card me, but I think it'll be funny. "SEE, I TOLD YOU I WAS 18! I KNOW I LOOK YOUNGER, BUT THIS I.D. IS 100% REAL, BABY!" Okay. Enough now.

It's time I used this as a more personal journal. So I did some research, found a survey with a list of 75 questions "you've probably never been asked!" and figured why not? I'll place the answers under a cut, since 75 is quite a large number.

So 'Just Murdered' was on the other night, and it's one of my favorite episodes (you can guess why, lol). I still have a lot of time on my hands, so I decided to make some icons. I really need to diversify my icon portfolio, so to speak. I've made probably a few hundred CSI:Miami icons...and nothing else. I am hopeless.

Whether or not you approve of his relationship with Calleigh (*SPOILER ALERT FOR SEASON 6 EPISODES 9-21* which I'm not sure still exists. The last episode he was in was 6.09, 'Stand Your Ground', and Calleigh wasn't too pleased with him...but no mention of a breakup, so it's somewhat up in the air *END SPOILER ALERT*), you cannot deny that Jake Berkeley is hot. So something drove me to create these icons of him. Actually, I've been making a lot of icons lately, all of which will be posted in the coming days. =)
